ABOUT US

Enter Coastal Clear. During a month-long alcohol-free experiment, I found myself on a quest for alternatives that not only tasted great but also aligned with my desire for a low-sugar, guilt-free option. When my search came up short, I saw an opportunity to create something truly special—a place where quality alcohol-free products could meet the needs of those embracing a low or zero-proof lifestyle.

My goal is simple: to provide a curated selection of top-notch AF beverages that deliver on taste, satisfaction, and the soothing ritual of unwinding without regret. Whether you're craving the crispness of a chilled AF wine, the complexity of a carefully crafted AF "spirit," or the refreshing zest of an AF beer, Coastal Clear has something for everyone.
Cheers,
Rebecca Furlong
Founder, Coastal Clear
Hey there! I'm Rebecca Furlong, and I'm proud to call Murrells Inlet, SC, my home. Born and raised here, I've always lived by the motto "work hard, play hard." And let me tell you, growing up surrounded by the beauty of the Atlantic Ocean, the Inlet, and the Waccamaw River meant that playtime was never dull. From beach days to boating adventures, water skiing to fishing excursions, my life was a whirlwind of outdoor fun, often accompanied by cold beers and the laughter of friends.
Despite my dedication to a healthy lifestyle—yoga, meditation, regular exercise, wholesome meals—the nightly ritual of unwinding with a glass of wine or beer was slowly erasing all the good I was doing during the day. I craved that sense of relaxation and comfort, but I knew there had to be a better way.
